Visits are designed to support fulfillment, emotional wellness, confidence, regulation, and overall well-being—not just physical exercise.

    Every visit is approached with thoughtful, behavior-aware care that meets your dog where they are emotionally and physically.

    Training Client Benefit:
    Training clients and recent graduates receive complimentary reinforcement support during enrichment visits to help maintain consistency and momentum between sessions.

  • Ideal for cats, senior pets, lower-energy pets, or families who simply need thoughtful in-home support. These visits prioritize comfort, routine, and making sure everything at home is cared for while you're away.

  • Ideal for vet visits, grooming appointments, daycare, or when driving isn’t an option due to time, mobility, or medical needs. Each trip is handled with patience, awareness, and thoughtful attention to your pet’s comfort.

    Trip Details:
    Standard pricing includes destinations within 8 miles of your pickup location. For longer trips, an additional $1.50 per mile applies based on destination distance.

    What to Expect:
    • Scheduled in advance with a 15–30 minute arrival window
    • Round trips are best suited for quick appointments (typically 20 minutes or less)
    • One pet per round-trip visit to ensure calm, focused handling
    • Multiple pets from the same household may be accommodated for simple drop-offs (when appropriate)

    Brave Buddy Support (Add-On)
    For pets who need extra handling or support during vet visits, this add-on provides additional care and safety.

    Starting at $10, with pricing adjusted based on your pet’s size and level of support needed.

  • Designed for pets who thrive in the comfort of home, our behavior-aware home care provides consistent, enrichment-focused support that prioritizes routine, emotional well-being, and peace of mind—for both you and your pet.

    This service is best suited for pets whose needs are a good match for our team and scheduling availability. Some pets with more complex behavioral needs may require a training consultation to ensure Behavior-Aware Home Care is the right fit for their needs.

    Before your booking begins, we'll ask you to complete our Home Care Guide. This personalized document helps us provide consistent, thoughtful care by outlining your pet's routine, preferences, health information, behavioral notes, communication style, and everything else that helps them feel safe and comfortable while you're away.

Leaving your pet in someone else’s care can feel like a big step, and we’re here to make it as easy and comfortable as possible. Our in-home pet care services in the Salt Lake Valley are built around your pet’s routine—whether that means a simple neighborhood walk or a longer drop-in packed with care, play, and enrichment. Below are answers to some of our most common pet sitting questions so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Yes — a mandatory meet and greet helps us learn your pet’s routine, discuss care details, understand any behavioral or medical needs, and make sure everyone feels comfortable before care begins.

  • Yes! You’ll receive text, photo, and video updates after each visit so you always know how things are going.

  • We’ll talk through what’s appropriate for your individual pet, but we do ask for written care instructions that include how long your pet can safely be left alone so we can plan visits responsibly and compassionately.

  • Absolutely. We can give oral medication, supplements, and basic topical treatments with clear instructions.

  • We care for cats, small animals, reptiles, birds, fish, many exotic pets, and even plants depending on needs. If you’re unsure, just reach out — we’re happy to talk through your situation.

  • We provide individual walks so your dog gets our full attention, safer handling, and a calmer experience.

  • Yes. We are behavior-informed and experienced with big feelings dogs. We’ll discuss your dog’s history and create a plan that helps them feel supported and safe.

  • Your dog’s safety comes first. In extreme heat, cold, or unsafe conditions, we may adjust the walk and replace time outside with appropriate enrichment and engagement indoors.

  • Enrichment may include sniffing games, puzzle activities, confidence-building exercises, engagement time, calm decompression activities, or structured outings depending on the service and your pet’s needs.

  • Absolutely. Thoughtful enrichment supports mental health, emotional regulation, and confidence, and can be especially beneficial for rescues, nervous dogs, and pets adjusting to new environments.

  • For appointment-style round trips, transportation is provided for one pet at a time so they receive our full attention and support. For simple drop-offs (like boarding or daycare), multiple pets from the same household may be accommodated when appropriate.

  • Yes. For short vet appointments, we can stay with your pet if needed. If behavioral handling or added safety support is needed beyond routine comfort care, our Brave Buddy Support Add-On may apply. We’ll always talk through expectations first.

  • Round-trip pricing is best for quick appointments that are usually 20 minutes or less. If extra time is needed, extended time is billed at $15 per 15 minutes so we can support your pet while staying reliable for other scheduled families.

  • Tips are never expected, but they’re always appreciated — thank you for showing your sitter a little extra love! Payments should be completed by the Monday of the week the session is scheduled, and before the visit takes place. This helps us keep everything running smoothly and ensures your pet’s spot is reserved. We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Cash.
