Less rushing. Less guilt. More freedom for you—and a fuller day for them.
More Than Just a Walk
Every Visit Has a Purpose
Every visit has a purpose. Some days your dog needs an adventure. Other days they need rest, confidence-building, decompression, or simply consistency. We choose activities that support your dog's needs—not a one-size-fits-all routine.
Care Built Around Your Life
Before we begin, we learn about your dog's personality, daily routine, and the life you share together. That allows us to create care that complements what you're already building instead of disrupting it.
Understanding Behavior Changes Everything
Whether your pet is fearful, reactive, anxious, recovering from surgery, entering their senior years, or simply needs a little extra understanding, we adapt every visit to help them feel safe, successful, and supported.
Care That Meets Your Pet Where They Are

Everything You Need to Know
We know trusting someone else with your pet is a big decision. Our goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and tailored to your pet's individual needs, so you can feel confident knowing they're in thoughtful, capable hands. Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often.
-
Yes. We require a meet and greet before your first visit so we can get to know you and your pet. It gives us a chance to learn your pet's routine, discuss care details, understand any behavioral or medical needs, and make sure everyone feels comfortable before care begins.
-
Yes. Before care begins, we'll ask you to review and sign our service agreement. It simply helps make sure we're all on the same page by outlining scheduling, policies, emergency procedures, and what you can expect from us—so you can feel confident before your first visit.
-
Yes! You'll receive thoughtful text, photo, and video updates after each visit so you can see what your pet enjoyed, how they were feeling, and how their visit went. All photos and videos are also organized in a shared Google Photos album, giving you a growing collection of memories over time.
-
We keep everything organized through Google Calendar. You'll receive invitations for each scheduled visit, making it easy to view upcoming appointments, addresses, and visit details anytime. We recommend downloading the Google Calendar app for the best experience.
-
We care for cats, small animals, fish, many exotic pets, and even plants. If you're not sure whether we can help, just reach out—we're happy to talk through your situation.
-
Yes! The greatest benefits of regular enrichment come through consistency. Knowing their needs will be met helps many pets feel more secure, confident, and settled in their day-to-day lives. Many families choose recurring visits because dogs thrive on routine and ongoing opportunities to explore, learn, and thrive—not just burn energy.
It also gives you peace of mind knowing your pet has already had a meaningful day of their own, so when you walk through the door, you can simply enjoy the time you have together.
-
Absolutely. We can administer oral medications, supplements, and most topical treatments with clear instructions. If your pet has more specialized medical needs, we'll discuss them during your meet and greet so we can create a care plan that supports them safely.
-
There isn't a one-size-fits-all enrichment plan. Some days your pet may need to burn energy. Other days they may need to decompress, build confidence, explore somewhere new, or simply enjoy a calm, fulfilling visit. We tailor every visit to what's most beneficial that day.
Activities may include park adventures, neighborhood walks, enrichment games, confidence-building exercises, exploring new environments, calm companionship, or behavior-focused outings—all tailored to your pet's individual needs.
-
Absolutely. Whether your pet needs exercise, decompression, confidence-building, enrichment, companionship, or simply a quiet visit, we'll tailor each session to their individual needs and your goals while always prioritizing their well-being.
-
For everyday pet care, no. We provide one household at a time so your pets receive our full attention, individualized care, and a calmer, safer experience.
If you're interested in learning how to confidently walk your dog with others, we also offer guided enrichment visits. We'll bring one of our own dogs and coach you through real-world interactions, helping you read your dog's body language, adapt in the moment, and build calm, positive experiences through structured socialization.
-
Your pet's safety comes first. In extreme heat, cold, or other unsafe conditions, we'll adjust the visit to fit the day. That might mean replacing outdoor activities with purposeful indoor enrichment, confidence-building games, mental stimulation, or other behavior-aware activities that keep your pet fulfilled.
-
For appointment-style round trips, transportation is provided for one pet at a time so they receive our full attention and support. For simple drop-offs, like boarding or daycare, multiple pets from the same household may be accommodated when appropriate.
-
Yes. Many of the pets we work with have behavioral or medical considerations. We'll discuss your pet's individual needs beforehand and recommend any additional support, handling, or safety accommodations if needed.
-
Yes. For shorter appointments, we can stay with your pet if needed. If additional behavioral, medical, or handling support is needed beyond routine comfort care, a Behavioral Support or Second Set of Hands fee may apply. We'll always discuss expectations and pricing beforehand.
-
Round Trip service is designed for appointments expected to last up to 60 minutes, including appointment wait time. If additional time is needed, it is billed at $20 in 15-minute increments to cover the additional time reserved and any scheduling adjustments. If your pet's appointment is expected to last longer than 60 minutes, or you only need transportation to and from the appointment, a Split Drop-Off & Pick-Up is usually the better option.
-
Tips are never expected, but they're always appreciated—thank you for showing your pet care provider a little extra love! Payments are due by the Monday of the week your service is scheduled, before your visit takes place. This helps us keep everything running smoothly and reserves your pet's spot. Venmo and cash are our preferred payment methods, but we're happy to accommodate other payment options if needed.
