Who We Are

At Hand ‘N Paw Dog Training, we provide in-home behavioral dog training and support to pet parents throughout the Salt Lake Valley. Collaboration is the cornerstone of a successful and fulfilling relationship between dogs and their people. When challenges arise—leaving you feeling overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward—our mission is to empower you with the knowledge and practical skills needed to turn frustration into opportunities for growth and understanding.

By joining our pack, you’ll gain valuable insight into canine behavior and how it shapes your dog’s actions and reactions. This understanding allows for clearer communication and a stronger bond, while our adaptable, problem-solving approach ensures each training session is tailored to your goals and your dog’s individual needs.

We also recognize the importance of community among dog owners. Through education and shared learning, we aim to equip pet parents with tools that strengthen their connection with their dogs while fostering a supportive, informed community. Together, we can debunk myths, celebrate progress, and work through challenges to create more harmonious lives with our dogs.

Join us on this journey of empowerment—let’s redefine the dog ownership experience together.

Meet Morgan, Founder and Lead Behaviorist

Through working closely with experienced trainers and veterinarians, diving into research, and learning through hands-on experience, Morgan transformed setbacks into meaningful progress. That journey shaped not only Archer’s growth, but also her passion for supporting other pet parents navigating behavioral challenges.

Hand ’N Paw Dog Training grew from that experience. Today, Morgan supports families across the Salt Lake Valley with empathy, evidence-informed strategies, and a belief that every challenge can become an opportunity for deeper connection.

If you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or simply ready to grow alongside your dog, you’re not alone. You can explore our behavioral training services or pet care options to see how we can support you and your dog—whether you’re in Salt Lake City, Sandy, Murray, or anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley.
